Catalogue Listing Report
This report is available from Setup -> Catalogues -> Preview. It will display a list of all of your catalogues. Select the ones you'd like to see the report on, and press OK.
You will then see a report on the screen showing details of the catalogue, and the stock within it, including descriptions, barcodes, pricing, etc. This report can be printed, or saved to various formats by using the Export button.
Sales Reports filtered to a Catalogue
The following Sales Reports can be filtered to only include stock items sold from a particular Catalogue.
From the Report Options screen, tick Select a Catalogue and choose your catalogue from the list. Select your other settings and then click Preview.
Discount Types Report
The Discounts Types Report can show Sales and Stock Sold that have been discounted by a Catalogue.
Under Discount Types, look for CIM Catalogue or POS Catalogue
Advanced Search
Catalogue is an available filter in the Advanced Search screen. This allows the stock items from a Catalogue to be loaded into Stock Manager. From Stock Manager, these reports can be run:
Exporting the Report
You can export either reports to either a PDF document or Excel spreadsheet by using the Preview button and following the below steps:
- PDF - Click on the red PDF button at the top of the report and choose your save destination.
- Excel spreadsheet - Click on the Print button at the top left. Tick 'Print to File' and select 'Xlsx Data File'. Click on the three dots button [...] to choose your save destination. Click OK to save the file.
