Reading the Report
There aren't options for the report other than selecting which Catalogues to include, so the following is what the report will always show.
Catalogue name and date - The first line for each catalogue shows what it is called, and the dates that it starts and ends. At the end of the line, it shows if the Catalogue is active based on the dates.
Icon - each discount type is shown as an icon on the left, with the bottom of the report describing what they mean e.g. Filing cabinet means Mix and Match discount.
Item name and barcode - Next to the icon, shows the name of the item discounted. This can be a department, category or stock item. Just below that is the barcode number.
Individual Discount Price - The next column will show what the discounted price for this line item is. This will be empty if this is a Department or Category percentage discount.
Cost Price, Retail Price, Normal % GP - The next few columns show the regular Cost Price and Retail Price for the line item, followed by the Gross Profit Percentage of these normal prices.
Qty - Shows how many of the line item needs to be purchased before the discount applies.
Total Discount Price - What the discount total will be after quantity is calculated into it. E.g. a quantity of 5 means this discount amount will be given for every 5 of the item purchased.
Catalogue % GP - Shows what the Gross Profit Percentage will be when item is discounted in a sale. This is based off discounted price against regular Cost Price.
Savings % - Shows what percentage discount is earned based on how discount is setup.
