Booking Guide for Retailer Setup and Training

Bookings are available for:
  1. Setting up Retailer on computers
  2. Configuring integrations
  3. Training in specific areas of Retailer
These services are provided only when included in a billable package such as a new installation or purchased training time.
Support calls cannot be booked because the support desk operates on an interrupt driven model. You may request a call back after a specific date and time.

How to Purchase Booking Time

Booking time for training and setup can be purchased through the Tower online store:
These items can be found under Training Services and Other Services.

How to Arrange a Booking

The main contact for organising a booking is bookings@towersystems.com.au .
If you already have unused time on your account and want to use it, contact us.
If you've purchased Retailer setup or training online, we will contact you to schedule a session.

Booking Conditions

Availability
Bookings should be made with as much notice as possible.
Same day bookings are not guaranteed due to the staff availability.

Validity of Purchased Time
Purchased booking time remains available for 1 year.
Unused time will expire after that period.

Booking Hours
Booking sessions are available only between 10am and 3pm Australian Eastern time.

Rules for Scheduled Bookings

Use of time
The purpose of the booking cannot be changed.
For example, time booked for POS screen training cannot be used for a POS computer setup.

Cancelling
Cancellations must be made no later than the day before the session.
Any appointment cancelled with less than twenty four hours notice will be lost (at the discretion of Tower Systems) because the time cannot be reallocated to another customer.

Missed or late changes
If a booking is missed or needs to be altered after the cut off time, the allocated time will be lost (at the discretion of Tower Systems).
New time will need to be purchased unless you have remaining time on your account.

During the session
  1. Bookings start and finish at the scheduled time. While we're happy to adjust the training or setup to accommodate other requests, once the time is up, we must finish the session regardless if the original goal of the booking is complete.
  2. Staff participating in the session should be free from other duties. It is recommended that other team members manage trade in the store so the session can proceed without interruption.
