How do I Change/Update Business Details in Retailer
In Retailer, your business's name, address, and ABN, which are commonly printed on your receipts and invoices, are obtained from the Tower website. You can check what is recorded for your business by going to the main screen of Retailer and clicking on Setup -> System at the top.
The name, address and ABN can be
changed by logging in to our website and clicking on Change Business Details. If you need to update your account's contact details, such as the email address or phone number, use the same form and provide your new contact information in the 'Reason to Change' section.
