Support outside business hours (After Hours)

Our standard support hours (AEST or AEDT) are weekdays 7:00am to 6:00pm.

If you need help outside these hours, use the Chatbot or Knowledge Base first. Both are available 24 hours on our website and cover most questions.

When to call after hours

We provide an after hours phone service via the normal office numbers for Priority 1 emergencies only.

Call after hours only if:

  1. Your system is down and you cannot trade at all, or
  2. Trading is severely restricted and you cannot reasonably continue operating

What not to call after hours for

Do not call after hours for non urgent issues such as General questions, How-To tasks, minor errors, setup help, training, or issues that do not stop trading.

If you call after hours for an issue that is not a Priority 1 emergency, we will ask you to call the office during standard business hours. Please do not take this personally. It helps us keep after hours support available for true emergencies.
