How to cancel your software rental
If you have decided that the software does not suit your business, and wish to cancel the rental, here are the steps to do so:
- Send an email to support@towersystems.com.au with the subject: STORE NAME - cancel software rental. In the email, please specify what date you would like the software rental cancelled (final day) and indicate if you are subscribed to services like ROAM (tablet version of Retailer), and Cloud Backup.
- Sign in on the Tower website www.towersystems.com.au and click into the Billing portal. Click here for the Billing portal if you are already signed in. You may remove your payment methods recorded there before the next billing cycle (usually during the final month).
Click the X next to the card details to remove that payment method, and save.
