Support for Retailer Version 2.X Has Ended
As of June 2024, support for Retailer versions prior to Version 3 has officially ended. This strategic decision enables us to concentrate our team's training and resources on the current software, Retailer 3, which was released over four years ago.
Since your system operates on a version older than Version 3, we regret to inform you that we can no longer provide the following services:
- Access to serialisation codes
- Access to installation passwords
- Help desk support on a pay-per-call basis
To continue receiving support, it is essential to upgrade to the latest version of our software. For customers with current support agreements, this transition is straightforward, and we have a comprehensive guide available, including the necessary hardware requirements.
Updating and Converting from Retailer 2 to Retailer 3
For customers without a current support agreement, enrolling in our software rental program will be necessary to obtain the latest version. A few dollars a day is all it costs.
