Below is a list of frequently asked questions related to performing maintenance on your stock:
How do I find Inactive items with a positive quantity on hand?
The Stock Manager has an Inactive column that lets you filter stock items currently marked as inactive. You can combine this with the Qty On Hand column to find inactive stock with a positive quantity on hand.

Note: To load all your products into Stock Manager, use * as the keyword in the Advanced Stock Search.

How do I delete a product permanently?
A stock item can only be deleted from the Stock Screen using the Delete button if it has no sales or arrivals history linked to it.

If a stock item has a history linked to it and you still wish to delete it, you can use the Archiver utility to remove your sales and arrival history up to a chosen date, which may then allow the stock item to be archived via the Archive Stock option.
