  1. Jump straight from an AI-captured supplier invoice into a streamlined stock-item edit screen, trimming clicks and keeping data perfectly in sync.

Improved Supplier Lookup

  1. The AI engine now resolves suppliers by ABN/GST first, then by name, and only requests user intervention when both fail.

Keep Existing Sell Prices” option Item Tool

      1. Invoice Retail will be uses on first population on grid
      2. Users need a quick way to preserve current retail (sell) prices for items already listed in the invoice grid. A new Item Tools action—Keep Existing Sell Prices—should copy each item’s current stock retail to the grid’s Sell Price column.
      3. Once this action has been applied, the same menu item should toggle to Re-calculate Based on Mark-ups, allowing users to restore normal markup calculations if needed.

Order Matching after Invoice Arrival

  1. Link incoming invoices to purchase orders even after the invoice is saved, fixing mismatches/ prompting backorders without manual reversals.
  2. Linked-Order Visualisation
  3. Order number will now highlight if the invoice is linked to a retailer order “Green”

  1. Stock-order grids expose status and corresponding backorder on the original order with deep links to all forms & supporting data.

Other Changes

AI
  1. Invoice Arrivals – Discount-price column now supports higher decimal precision.
  2. Invoice Arrivals – You can no longer enter an inc-GST discount price above the ex-GST cost price.

Customer
  1. Customer Screen – Linked-account settings now display correctly in the Customer screen.

Email Queue
  1. Email Queue - No longer blocks the “Exit Point of Sale / Exit Retailer Now” pop-up.

Invoice Arrivals
  1. EDI arrivals now correctly update the associated order status.
  2. Combining multiple orders during an arrival no longer causes mismatched quantities.

Marketing
  1. Customer Last Visit date now appears in marketing exports and reports.
  2. Department / Category filters now exclude stock with no category.

Orders Maintenance
  1. Orders report will display stores ABN


Quote & Invoice Management
  1. Adding stock beyond the sale-maximum quantity now shows a clear validation message instead of an error.

Repairs
  1. Job-card images now print at the correctly on A4 internal templates.

Reports
  1. Detailed Performance report - now assigns discounted items to the correct category.
  2. Stock Performance report - Multi-Store now honours the “Exclude Inter-store Transfers” rule.
  3. Stock Item report - Printing a Stock Item report no longer causes a crash.
  4. Detailed Takings report - Now calculates GP correctly for $0-cost items.
  5. Orders at Store report - (MultiStore) now displays the store name instead of the order code.

Stock
  1. Advanced Search - Price-point searches in multi-store setups now use location-specific pricing.
  2. Advanced Search - Include All Suppliers option when searching by supplier.
  3. Stock Screen - Arrivals & Sales grid refreshes immediately when switching items after the tab was hidden.

Utilities
  1. Importing Tags now populates types correctly.
  2. Importing tag matching is now case-insensitive, preventing duplicate tags.
