Reassign a sale to a customer
In Retailer 3.0.9, a feature was added that allows you to assign a sale to a customer.
This only works if:
- The sale is a cash sale, meaning it was paid for during the transaction and won't work for Invoice Sales, Layby Sales
- The sale had no customer name on it before
To reassign a sale:
- In the Retailer POS screen, click on Previous Sales or press F3 on the keyboard.
- Find the sale that you need to assign, and right click on it.
- Select Assign Sale to Customer.
- In the Find Customer screen that appears, select the customer account and click OK.
- A warning will appear to say that this cannot be reversed, confirm to continue.
