Change the Customer for a Quote
For any customer quotes that are done in the Quote and Invoice Management screen, as they are not final, they can be switched to a different customer.
This may be needed if the wrong customer name/account was placed against it, or they've arranged for a different person to accept the quote.

If a transaction has already proceeded to become a Proforma, Invoice or Sale, it can no longer switch customers.
To change the customer:
- From the main screen of Retailer, click on Stock Maintenance in the top menu, then Quote and Invoice Management.
- Use the search at the top to bring up the relevant quote.
- Click into the Customer number box at the top, and remove it using [Delete] or [Backspace] on the keyboard.
- Then, type in the new Customer number, or press [Enter] on the keyboard to bring up the customer search and find the new customer.
- Click Save at the bottom of the QIM screen.
