Setting up add customer screen

You can customize the screen when adding new customers to remove any information that isn't needed for your customers.

Click on Customer > Search > Add
This will bring up the New customer details screen.
Click on the settings cog at the top right.
The Customise Screen will open as below


Create new custom layout

We need to create a Custom layout before we can change options.
Click the Save Layout As button (Red square above)
Give your layout a name
Click Ok
It is a good idea to save the default layout in case you wish to easily reset the wizard to default

Show/Hide Fields on Custom Layout

To Remove fields from the Add Customer Screen, drag the field from the Layout Tree View (Blue Box above) into the Available Items (Green Box above)
To Add fields back to the Add Customer Screen, drag the field from the Available Items (Green Box above) into the Layout Tree View (Blue Box above)

Move field position on Custom Layout

Drag the Customize screen to the side of the screen. In the Add Customer Screen, click and drag a field to move it. Release the mouse when you are happy with the fields position.
Fields can be positioned above each other or to the Left and Right

Setup for each POS Terminal

The Add Customer Screen layout can be set per POS Terminal.
  1. Click on Customer > Search > Add. This will bring up the New customer details screen.
  2. Click on the settings cog at the top right. The Customise Screen will open
  3. Under Layouts, Double Click the Terminal with that Custom Layout you wish to use for this Terminal.
  4. Click the Save button. (Pink Circle above)
