How to Update Your Payment Method for Software Rental and Subscriptions

You can update your credit card or direct debit details for your software rental and subscriptions at any time through the Tower Systems billing portal. This is a self-service process and does not require you to contact our support team.

Steps to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Go to the Tower Systems website at towersystems.com.au.
  2. Click the Billing menu at the top and sign into your account - or access it directly at https://www.towersystems.com.au/billing.html.
  3. On the Billing Dashboard, click the × next to your current primary payment method to remove it.
  4. Click + Add payment method.
  5. In the pop-up, click Add New.
  6. Select Credit Card or Direct Debit.
  7. Enter your payment details and click Add.

Your new payment method will become the primary method for future subscription charges.

Warning
If you receive an Error 407 when opening the Retailer software, it is because the payment methods you currently have registered have failed to process to the payment.
