Our Software Ideas platform allows customers to submit suggestions for changes and new features they'd like to see in the Retailer software. Our software development manager reviews these submissions to combine them with similar existing ones, contact the customer about their input, or put them up for public voting by other customers using our software.
If a feature, function, or report you want isn't currently available in Retailer, your best bet is to submit a software idea for it and reach out to the help desk to see if they can offer any suggestions on workarounds that are available in the current version of Retailer.
The Software Ideas platform gives the software team a transparent way to prioritise widely requested/voted features and functions to add to the software.
