How to Add a New Customer Delivery Order

Adding a New Customer Order
- From the main screen of Retailer, click on the Customers.
- Click on the magnifying glass button to find the customer that you want to add the order to.
- Click on Orders at the bottom of the customer screen.
- Click on Add.
- In Stock Item, enter the PLU of the stock item or press [Enter] to find it in the find stock screen.
- (Optional) In Subscription/Plan, select the subscription or plan from the drop down menu.
Click HERE to learn more about subscriptions. - (Optional) In Publisher Pay Code, select the appropriate publisher pay code.
This only applies if a subscription is specified.
Carrier Collect means that customer will be paying the newsagency.
Office Pay means that customer will be paying directly to the supplier. - In Delivery/Putaway, select Delivery.
- In Charge Delivery, select your delivery fee from the drop down list.
Click HERE to learn more about delivery fees. - In Price Column, select the price column that will be used to charge the customer's account.
If the customer is charged when picking up the order, select No Charge.
Click to HERE learn more about price column options. - In Publisher ID, enter a Publisher ID, if one exists.
- Enter the quantities for each day of the week.
Depending on the stock item's preferred day(s) in the Stock Screen, only certain days can be changed. - Enter a Start Date & Stop Date.
- Click Save.
