Creating a New Delivery Fee

You can create different types of delivery fees, which can then be assigned to different orders.

  1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup -> Newsagency and select Delivery Fee.
  2. Click on Add Delivery Fee.
  3. In Delivery, type in a name for the delivery fee.
  4. In Type, select from the following delivery fee types:
    • Items Per Week – Charges the customer based on the number items delivered to the customer.
    • Days Per Week –  Allows user to charge a fee increment based on the number of days a customer receives a delivery.
    • Flat Fee Per Day – Charges a flat fee for every day an item is delivered.
    • Flat Fee Per Title – Charges a flat fee for each title delivered.
    • Days Of Week – Charges the customer a different delivery fee for each day based on items delivered on a particular day.
  5. Click on Save.
  6. Click on Close.

Repeat the steps above if you need to add another delivery fee.

Once the delivery fees have been created, they can then be applied to customer orders.

Changing Delivery Fees

To change an existing delivery fee:

  1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on Setup -> Newsagency and select Delivery Fee.
  2. Click on the Magnifying Glass to search for an existing delivery fee. Alternatively, use the Arrow buttons to switch between existing Delivery Fees
  3. Select a delivery fee from the list and click OK.
  4. Change the type or amount of the delivery fee as required.
  5. Click Save.
