Changing EFTPOS providers

Changing integrated EFTPOS providers in Retailer is a relatively simple process. On the POS that the new EFTPOS terminal will be synced to:
  1. From the main menu in Retailer, go up the top to Setup->Point of Sale
  2. Click the Terminals tab, then, further down the page, the Third Party Integration tab
  3. You should see that EFTPOS Machine Attached is already ticked. All you need to do is click where your old EFTPOS provider is shown, and choose the new provider from the dropdown box.
  4. Click Save.
Notes
This is setting is controlled separately for each of your POS computers. You will need to repeat the above steps on each computer that will have an EFTPOS terminal attached.
In terms of Retailer settings, setup is now complete. Depending on your new EFTPOS provider, there may be other steps that you need to complete. Not necessary to do the following if your provider has already done their setup. Click one of the links below to go to the setup guide for that particular provider:
