How you load stock onto your website can make or break it. While categorisation allows customers to easily navigate your website, product data is essential to your products being found. Missing data? Well, you're missing out!

A Breakdown of Key Product Data


ID

Stock Screen > Details Tab > Barcode
Web feeds require a unique identifier to track inventory. No need to worry about this one, Retailer has got you covered with ways to either load or generate barcodes

Title

Stock Screen > Details Tab > Description
The product title should be concise yet descriptive. Products should include Brand names and include key attributes 
about the product.

Price

Stock Screen > Details Tab
Load your Retail or Web price. Create further interest with sale pricing.

Web Description

Stock Screen > Extra Details Tab > Web description
 Provide a detailed and compelling product description. Sizes and dimensions are key. 

Brand data

Stock Screen > Tags/Weblink Group Tab > Tags
Yes, you should include the brand within your Product Title. However, loading brand data makes brand names visible to search engines.
Use Barcode lookup or simply apply a tag starting with "Brand_" e.g. "Brand_Star Wars"

Images

Stock Screen > Images Tab 
 Ensure product images are consistent & use the same ratio. Square 1024x1024px recommended with at least 2 images
to provide context for customers.
