Additional Decimal Places for Sell Prices

Sell Prices in Retailer can only be set to 2 decimal places.
Follow the below steps if you need to set the Sell Price to more decimal places (eg Fuel)
Idea
Sell Prices will always be displayed to 2 decimal places in the Stock Screen and on Reports
  1. From the Main Screen of Retailer, click Stock Maintenance → Stock Manager
  2. If the Stock Manager list is not clear, click Remove → Remove All
  3. Scan the items into Stock Manager or click Search at the top of the screen to access the Advanced Stock Search feature. Click HERE for more information on Advanced Search.
  4. Once the items you wish to change the price for are in Stock Manager and click 'Edit Selected'
  5. Click the 'Pricing' tab
  6. Under 'Update Following Prices', tick 'Sell'
  7. Next to 'Update Type', select 'Set Price'
  8. Next to 'Set Price To', enter the price to 3 or 4 decimal places
    Note: The price will be displayed to 2 decimal places
  9. Click 'Update Prices'
  10. The price will be saved as 3 decimal places
When the item is added to the POS Screen, the Unit Price will show to 3 decimal places
