Newspapers and other stock items set with a Daily frequency can have multiple price columns to charge different price points for publications. For example, when offering a discount on a subscription or charging a higher price due to the delivery distance. This can be used separately or alongside delivery fees.

Setting Up Price Columns for Daily Frequency Newspapers
- On the main screen of Retailer, click on Stock → Stock Screen.
- Click on the magnifying glass button 🔎︎.
- In the Find Stock Screen, search for and select the parent item. This is usually the one with a PLU.
- Back in the Stock Screen, you should now see a table at the bottom of the window.
- Cost and Retail are the normal prices.
- To the right of that, you will see Cost and Sell price columns 2, 3 and 4.
Change these prices as required. - Click Save.
Setting Up Customer Orders Using Price Columns
- On the main screen of Retailer, click on Customers.
- Click on the magnifying glass button 🔎︎.
- Search for and select the particular customer.
- Add a new order or double-click on an existing order to edit it.

- Click Save.
