Selling Items With Serial Numbers

Before selling stock items with serial numbers, stock items need to have serial numbers enabled.

Selling Items With Serial Numbers

1. Process sales as per normal. Click HERE to to learn more about processing/tendering sales.
2. When an item that requires a serial number is scanned, the Select Serial Number screen will appear.
   
3. Locate the serial number being sold from the list.
   NOTE: If required, you can search for the particular serial number using the Search field at the top.
4. If the particular serial number does not exist, click on Add Serial to create a serial number.
5. Tick the Select tick-box for the serial number being sold.
   NOTE: If you do not want to assign the serial number, tick the Do Not Assign tick-box on the top-right.
6. Click OK.
