If you have arrived an invoice or several invoices and need to reprint labels from that invoice you can do that quickly and easily from the invoice arrivals screen. This is extremely useful if you accidentally cleared the barcode queue before you have printed your labels.

There are two ways to access the screen for reprinting barcodes from invoices:
    • On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Stock Maintenance -> Receipt of Stock -> Reprint Barcode Labels.
    • From the Invoice Arrivals screen, click in the Utilities button and select Reprint Labels printed from the Invoice Arrivals screen.
From here, there are a number of options to choose from:
  1. In the Operation section select Reprint Labels. You can also select Delete Labels or Edit Label Quantities from here.
  2. In the Label Type For section, select which type of labels you wish to reprint. You can reprint shop labels, customer labels or both.
  3. In the Customer Selection section, choose whether to print labels for all customers or just a specific one.
  4. In the Invoice Arrival Operator section, select whether you wish to reprint for all operators or just a specific operator. Unless you arrive stock using a specific operator number then you should leave it set to For all operator numbers.
  5. In the Invoice section, select which invoices you wish to reprint labels for:
    • For a selected suppliers invoice will allow you to select a specific invoice by invoice number.
    • For all invoices of all suppliers on a selected date will allow you to select a date to print all labels for any invoices arrived on the specified date.
    • For all invoices of a supplier on a selected date will allow you to select both a date and a supplier to print all labels for any invoice arrived on the specified date.
  6. Click OK and you will see a list of stock items eligible to be re-queued.
  7. Select individual labels to print by double clicking on each item or use the All button to select every label.
  8. Click Close. The labels are immediately sent to the Barcode or Label Manager and can be printed from there.
Stock items that do not have the Print Barcode on Arrival option ticked will not be re-queued. Click HERE to learn how to set this option.
