A report is normally shown during accounting exports to Xero or Ozbiz Ezylink (MYOB). These reports will show how the sales and takings figures are posted to the accounting programs, including the account codes they are mapped to.
To access previous Accounting Entries reports:
- On the computer that you do the accounting exports on, open Retailer.
- In the menu at the top, click on Reports -> Restore archived reports -> Explorer.
- Double click on the Accounting folder.
The date will be in the filename. E.g. Accounting_Entries_20220718111520.pdf - the number is YYYYMMDD so this file is 2022/07/18. Your end of shift reports are found in the main Archive folder of the computer that processed the end of shift.
