Reprint Stock Returns Form / Report

On the computer where the Stock Returns were sent from:

1.    On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Reports -> Restore Archived Reports.

2.    A list will appear with all the saved archived reports, in alphabetical/numerical order.

3.    Look for entries starting with Returns (Supplier Abbreviation) followed by the required date.

1. You will see that the Current \ Early \ Late returns are separate reports. Click on the required report.
   
2. You can repeat this process if you need to reprint multiple reports.
   

4.    Click on it to select the report and click Load File.

5.    The report will open as a PDF document, and you can then print it from there. 

6.    Alternatively, click on the Explorer button and you can search for the report in a Windows folder.

1. This can be useful for sorting the reports by date (click on the ‘Date Modified’ column) while searching.
   

Adjusting your Returns Form Format does not retroactively update the format of your previous return forms. Only new return forms will display the new format settings.
