Publisher Credits Task

This is for Newsagencies Only
This feature allows you to manage the publisher credits on customer subscription orders for magazines and newspapers, in bulk.
Using this, you can allocate customer subscriptions with different publisher credit amounts.
If this task isn't done, the publisher credits are not marked off / allocated and won't appear in the report checking that.

From the main menu of Retailer, click on Tasks at the top, and then Publisher Credits.
Select the Publisher (Supplier) from the list, and select the date of the credits to change. This will change the credits for that week. It will be pre-filled with the amount that their subscription was setup with.
Tick the box to ignore starts and stops if you want to allocate to all subscriptions regardless of whether they've stopped.

In the next screen, every subscription order that customers have will be listed in the grid.
Just scroll to the right where the credit amount are, and make the changes as needed.

You can click on a customer subscription in the list and click Delete at the bottom to remove them from the list.
This doesn't delete their subscription order, it just makes the grid tidier.

Save your changes when you are done. This will also mark off the credit as being allocated that week.
You can run a report to see different subscription publisher credits, and whether they have been allocated for certain weeks.
