Publisher Credits Report

This is for Newsagencies Only
This report lets you check on Publisher Credits you have setup and allocated for particular weeks.
For more information on how to allocate the subscription credits, click HERE. If credits have never been allocated, this report won't run.

Generating the Report

From the main screen of Retailer, click on Reports -> Newsagency -> Publisher Credits at the top.

There will be a few options to set:
  1. Publisher - Select the supplier of the titles that you want to check publisher credits for
  2. Subscriptions with one-off or weekly credits - Select whether the report will include one-off credits, or weekly credits, or both types
  3. Subscriptions that have/have not been credited - Select whether the report will include only subscriptions that have been credited, only ones that haven't been credited, or both
  4. Publisher credits every week regardless of starts / stops - Tick the box to include all subscriptions with publisher credits, regardless of whether they've been stopped
  5. Date - select the date for the report, and it will include only subscriptions with publisher credits active that week.

After clicking Preview or Print, click the titles to select/deselect them. A title with a tick will be included in the report.
Click Select All to tick all titles, or Unselect All to untick all titles (meaning no titles to report on).
Click Close, and the report will print or appear on screen.

Reading the Report

The report will print in Landscape format.
  1. Customer Details - name and address of the customer
  2. Offer Code - the code that the subscription was setup with, also shows the Customer number
  3. Start Date / Stop Date - the start and stop dates of the subscription order for this title
  4. Total Credited - Total amount of all credits received so far for this subscription
  5. # of Credits - number of times credit was allocated
  6. Last Credit - Amount of the last credit allocated to this customer subscription
  7. Last Credited - Date of the last credit allocated
  8. Normal Credit - the normal credit amount to be allocated (this can be changed during allocation)
