Print Customer Labels \ Barcodes from Retailer
Retailer gives you the ability to print a label with a barcode
for each of your customers.
This could be used to create a loyalty or customer card. You
could then stick the barcode label onto a pre-printed loyalty or customer card,
ready for use by the customer.
This will make it easier to find the customer’s record
during the sales process, as it allows you to scan a barcode in the POS screen instead of manually searching for them.
You can change the customer’s barcode if

- From the main screen of Retailer, click on Customer
-> Customer Screen.
- Click
on the Magnifying Glass icon to open the Find Customer Screen. Search for a
customer you would like a label \ barcode printed for.
- Click on the History tab.
- Click on the button with the picture of the
barcode on it.
- You will now have three options. Choose your
preferred option.
- All Customers – This will print a label \
barcode for all customers stored in Retailer.
- A Customer – This will print just one label
\ barcode for a chosen customer. The chosen customer from the Customer Screen will already be
selected. You can change this via the drop-down box if required.
- Discount Profile – This will print
a label \ barcode for all customers within a chosen Discount Profile.

Print the Customer Label \ Barcode
- From the main screen of Retailer, click on Stock
-> Barcode Manager.
- You will now see all the customers which you had
generated in the above steps.
- Click on either:
- Print – send the customer label \ barcode
to an A4 printer.
- Print Label Printer – send the customer
label \ barcode to a label printer (eg. Zebra GK420t).
- Once the labels have printed and you are happy
that they printed correctly, then click on Clear Queue to remove the
customers from the Barcode Manager list.
