Henderson have the ability to receive sales data on a daily basis from newsagencies, enabling almost real-time visibility on product sales. This, in turn, enables Henderson to more accurately predict sales cycles and helps to prevent out-of-stock situations in your store.
These instructions should be completed on every computer that runs an End of Shift.
- From the main screen of Retailer, go to Setup -> EDI.
- Use the blue arrows to find HENDERSON.
- In the Directories tab:
- Set Outbound File Extension to SAL=.sl2
NOTE: The extension above is a lowercase letter L, not an I or a one. - In the File Transfer tab:
- Set Files are to be sent and received by to Tower FTP.
- Click on FTP Settings.
- Enter the following settings:
FTP Server: ftp.hendersongreetings.com.au
User Name: {To be advised by supplier}
Password: {To be advised by supplier}
Port: 2221 - Click OK.
- Set Send Sales Frequency to End of Shift.
- In Customer ID, type in your Henderson account number.
- Tick Send Sales Data for this EDI System.
- In EDI Abbreviation, type in HENDERSON.
- Set Send Sales Data for to Selected Suppliers.
- Click on Add Supp and double-click on Henderson.
- In the Utilities tab:
- Tick Enable this EDI System.
- Click Save and Close.
Ensure that you repeat the above instructions on any computer that runs an End of Shift.
