Hallmark has the ability to receive sales data daily from newsagencies, providing almost real-time insight into product sales. This allows Hallmark to better predict sales cycles and helps prevent out-of-stock situations in your store.

These instructions should be completed on every computer running an End of Shift.

  1. From the main screen of Retailer, go to Setup → EDI.
  2. Use the blue arrows to find HALLMARK.
  3. In the Directories tab:
    1. Set Inbound File Extension to INV=.dd2;.ddo
    2. Set Outbound File Extension to SAL=.sl2
      1. NOTE: The extension above is a lowercase letter L, not an I or a one.
  4. In the File Transfer tab:
    1. Set Files are to be sent and received by to Tower FTP.
    2. Set Send Sales Frequency to End of Shift.
    3. In Customer ID, type in your Hallmark account number.
    4. Tick Send Sales Data for this EDI System.
    5. In EDI Abbreviation, type in HALLMARK.
    6. Set Send Sales Data for to Selected Suppliers.
    7. Click on Add Supp and select your Hallmark supplier.
    8. Press Save
  5. Click on the Remote Server Settings tab.
    Change the settings to the following
    1. Server Type: SFTP Server
    2. Server Name: 213.107.185.13
    3. User Name: TowerSystem
    4. Password: 0=^(\LBo
    5. Server Out Dir: UAT
    6. Server in Dir: UAT
    7. Port: 22
    8. Passive Mode FTP: Enabled
  6. In the Utilities tab:
    • Tick Enable this EDI System.
  7. Click Save and Close.
