Generating the Report
- From the main screen of Retailer, click on Reports → Customer → Loyalty.
- In Date Range section, tick Show Points Accrued For A Date Range and enter a Start Date and End Date.
- In Customers to Include, select All Loyalty Customers or Selected Customer and press [Enter] to select a specific customer.
- In Expiry Details, tick Only Include Customers With Points Due To Expire In and specify a number of days.
- In Points Balance, tick Only Include Customers With Points Balance Between and specify a range of points.
- In Report Order, select between List in Customer Number Order or List in Customer Surname Order.
- In Customer Categories, choose between All Categories or Selected and specify a specific category.
- In Customer Tags, enter Customer Tags to filter the Report to only Customers with any of the specified Tags
- Click Preview or Print to view the report.
- Click Export to save a Text File export of the report in C:\Tower\Retailer\Outtray\Loyalty.txt

Reading the Report
The Customer Loyalty Report shows the following values:
- Customer Number
- Name
- Points Accrued
- Loyalty Sales
- Total Loyalty Sale Value
- Total Loyalty Gross Profit
- Avg Points Per Sale
- Points Redeemed
- Number of Redemptions
- Total Value of Redemptions
- Points Remaining
Exporting the Report
You can export the report to either a PDF document or Excel spreadsheet by using the Preview button and following the below steps:
PDF - Click on the red PDF button at the top of the report and choose your save destination.
Excel spreadsheet - Click on the Print button at the top left. Tick 'Print to File' and select 'Xlsx Data File'. Click on the three dots button [...] to choose your save destination. Click OK to save the file.
