Customer tags in Retailer allows you to add another layer of categorisation in marketing tools, beyond that of categories and interests.

Creating and Assigning Tags

  1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on Customer Customer Screen.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass icon access the Find Customer Screen.
    Search for and select the particular customer to assign tags to.
  3. Click on the History tab. 
    1. In the drop-down box, type in the name of the tag or select the tag from the list.
    2. Press [Enter] on your keyboard or Click on the + button.
    3. Repeat the process to add multiple tags for the Customer.
  4. Click Save.

If you want to remove tags, move your mouse cursor on top of the tag to remove and then click on the X next to it.
