Before processing customer loyalty sales, the loyalty program needs to be set up first.

Processing a Loyalty Sale

  1. In the Point of Sale screen:
    • Press the [F9] key on your keyboard and select the customer from the Find Customer Screen.
    • Click on the your on-screen Loyalty button and select the customer from the Find Customer Screen. Click HERE to learn about setting up an on-screen loyalty button.
    • Scan or enter the customer barcode from the loyalty card. Click HERE to learn about setting up customer loyalty cards.
  2. If you set to prompt for a sale type, a sale type selection screen will appear. Choose between Cash Sale or Invoice Sale and press OK.
  3. Scan or enter the items as usual.
  4. The customer's loyalty points balance will appear on the bottom-right of the screen.
  5. End the sale as usual.

Redeeming Loyalty Points

  1. In the Point of Sale screen:
    • Press [Crtl]+[Z] on your keyboard and select the customer you wish to redeem points for.
    • Click on the on-screen Redeem Loyalty button and select the customer you wish to redeem points for.
  2. Scan or enter the items as usual. Any discounted items will be highlighted in grey automatically.
  3. The customers loyalty points balance will appear on the bottom-right of the screen.
  4. End the sale as usual.
