Run Misses Report

Run Misses Report

This is for Newsagencies Only
The Run Misses report shows any misses of titles for all customers (that have been entered) over a date range.

Generating the Report

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Reports > Newsagency > Run Misses.
  2. Date Range - Select a start date and end date for the report to cover
  3. Click Preview or Print to generate the report.

Reading the Report

  1. Customer - Name of customer
  2. Address - Address of customer
  3. Ph: - Customer's phone number
  4. Description - Description of title missed e.g. Miss Newspaper 1
  5. Date - Date that the order title was missed/not received by customer
  6. Time - Time that the miss was entered
  7. Staff - Staff member who entered the miss (optional)
  8. Amount - Sell price of titles missed
