What do the letters DB mean on my labels?

DB stands for Delayed Billing.

This lets you know that the title has been delay billed.

What is Delayed Billing?

This means you will not be charged for the stock until the bill date listed even though you have physically received the stock. This system is designed to help you give new titles a good run without them costing you financially. Although you still have to make space for the physical stock.

The DB Date is the date the item will be charged to your account. This cant be changed.

When arriving an invoice if the invoice arrivals screen appears red as below this means that item is a delayed billing title.
