You can save an unlimited number of addresses for each customer.

You can add an additional address in the customer screen, then enter and save or discard any numbers of addresses when invoicing a customer.

Adding a Shipping Address to a Customer

  1. From the main screen of Retailer, go to Customers.
  2. Use the magnifying glass to search and bring up the customer you need to add an address to.
  3. On the bottom left, click on Shipping.
  4. Enter the address details here and click Save.

Choosing or Entering a Shipping Address during Sale

  1. From the Point of Sale screen, enter all the items on the invoice.
  2. Click on Invoice Customer or [F9]
  3. Choose the customer.
  4. Press Subtotal or [F2].
  5. If the shipping address is already in Retailer select it from the list and click Save (F2)
    Note : You can also make changes to the address here and it will update the account.
  6. If the address isn't listed, you can enter an address here. Click Add New Address
    • Tick Keep this Address for future use if you want the address saved against the customer
