New Epay Products

You may occasionally receive new Epay products that do not scan in your point-of-sale screen.

To add the newest Epay products to Retailer, follow the short steps below:

  1. Make sure you're on the latest Retailer version to get the most up to date Epay stock file.
  2. From the main screen of Retailer, go to Setup -> Third Party -> Epay Setup.
  3. Click 'Import Product File' and allow the process to complete.

The new gift cards will now scan and new phone cards will appear under the epay POS button.
