Enable Web Store Items
Only items marked as Web Store Items will be exported from Retailer to your web store.
This includes stock item details as well as images.
You can enable this individually through the Stock Screen, or in bulk using Stock Manager.
Stock Screen
- Open the stock screen (Stock Maintenance -> Stock Screen)
- Search for the stock with the magnifying glass button.
- Tick the Web Store Item option and hit Save.

For more information about using Stock Manager, click HERE.- Open the stock manager (Stock Maintenance -> Stock Manager)
- Use the search button to find the stock you wish to edit.
- Select all the appropriate items and click Edit Selected.
- Tick Web Store Item and hit Save.
Description
The Description of stock items in Retailer are exported as follows:

Department & Category
The Department and/or Categories in Retailer are exported as follows:
| Magento | Department = Root Category Category = Subcategory |
| Shopify | Collections (Shopify only allows a single level of organization) There is a setting in TWC to select whether to use Departments OR Categories from Retailer. |
| WooCommerce | Department = Parent Category Category = Child Category |
Web Price
The price exported to Web Stores can be either the Retail Price or Web Price.
The Web Price of stock items in Retailer are exported as follows
| Magento | Price, NOT the Special Price |
| Shopify | Price, NOT the Compare at price |
| WooCommerce | Regular price, NOT the Sale price |
