Sign in to Tower Systems website and Retailer (MFA)
When going to the Tower Systems website, or opening up Retailer, you need to sign in using your Tower Systems username and password.
The sign in process includes Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) which, by default, will email a code to your email address (the one registered for primary contact).
There are other methods of MFA that can be used for signing in, and they can be managed by:
- Going to www.towersystems.com.au and logging in.
- Click on Multi-factor Authentication.
From here you can:
- Change the email address for the email authentication code
- Setup an Authenticator app (such as Google authenticator, or other established authenticator apps)
- Set up Pass Key (an app that manages passwords and codes across devices)
