Showing Extended Descriptions on Receipts

Before adding Extended Descriptions to receipts, click HERE for instructions on enabling the Extra Details feature.

Extended Description can be used for longer descriptions, warranty information or product care instructions.

1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup -> Point of Sale.
   
2. Click on the Terminals tab.
   
3. For each terminal that you want Extended Descriptions to print from, tick the Print Extra Details  tick-box.
   
4. Click Save.

When you print a receipt, the Extended Description will appear under the item.|
