
Gift Cards
- Scan the barcode on the back of the card into the Point of Sale screen.
- If the card does not have a set value, you will be prompted to choose the value.
- End the sale as normal.

If the Find Stock Screen appears, you will need to update your stock list with the newest epay products. Click HERE to find out how.
Phonecards and Other Products
- To open epay, click the epay POS button (if already set up) or use the shortcut [CTRL]+E.
- Choose and click a category.
- Find and click the desired product.
- The product will be added to the current sale like a normal product.
The voucher will print out with the receipt.

If you remove the epay product from the sale before ending the sale, it won't be charged to the store.

We recommend doing two separate transactions if you have to refund and sell a new phone voucher.
How to create a button for Opal cards?
Opal transport cards used in New South Wales are not part of the epay integration with Retailer. A separate button would need to be set up, linked to the stock item or department where the Opal cards are stored.
