Before you can sell these vouchers, epay will need to be setup. See advice HERE

Gift Cards

  1. Scan the barcode on the back of the card into point of sale.
  2. If the card does not have a set value you will be prompted to choose the value.
  3. End the sale as normal.

 If the find stock screen appears, you will need to update your stock list with the newest epay products. Click HERE to find out how.

Phonecards and other products

  1. To open epay, click the POS button (if already setup) or use the shortcut [CTRL] + E.
  2. Choose and click a category.
  3. Find and click the desired product.
  4. The product will be added to the current sale like a normal product.

The voucher will print out with the receipt.

If you remove the epay product from the sale before ending the sale, it won't be charged to the store.

We recommend doing two separate transactions if you have to refund and sell a new voucher.
