POS Maximum Quantity

By Default, the Point of Sale screen will only accept quantities up to 9999.
If you try to sell a Quantity greater than 9999, you will get one of the following messages:
  1. The quantity of this sale item is larger than the configured maximum.
  2. Unable to add this stock item to the sale
To Change the Maximum Quantity:
  1. From the Main Screen of Retailer, click Setup -> System -> Other
  2. Change the POS Max Qty
  3. Click Save
  4. This is a per Terminal setting. Repeat on any other terminals you require a larger Point of Sale Maximum Quantity
Care must be taken when changing this setting. Setting a Maximum Quantity of greater than 9,999,999 may prevent some barcodes from being scanned. If unsure, Contact Tower Support
