Personalise Gift Vouchers

Enabling Personalised Gift Vouchers allows you to add a Recipient, Sender & Message which will appear on printed gift vouchers.

Enable Gift Voucher Personalisation

1. From the top of the main menu screen of Retailer, go to Setup -> System.
   
2. Click the Gift Voucher tab.
   
3. Tick the Enable Voucher Personalisation tick-box and hit Save.
   

Adding Details to a Gift Voucher

1. Once the setting has been enabled, process a gift voucher sale as normal.
   
2. When you hit End Sale or Subtotal, a screen will appear with areas to enter the recipient's name, sender's name and a personal message to appear on the voucher.
   
3. Once you have entered the required details, click Ok and finalise the sale as normal
   

Searching for Gift Vouchers by Name

If a name was added to the recipient or sender field, you will be able to search for the gift voucher by name. To search for a voucher:

1. Go to Setup -> Vouchers -> Gift Vouchers
   
2. Enter the name you are looking for into the Sender / Recipient field
   
3. Hit Search

If you use pre-printed gift cards instead of vouchers, you can still enable personalisation to allow you to search for gift cards by sender / recipient.
