Magazine Barcodes Missing from Barcode Manager
This is for Newsagencies Only
Here are a few reasons why your magazine barcodes are missing from the Barcode Manager queue and what to do.
Check arrived EDI invoice to confirm all magazines have fully arrived
All magazines are on the invoice in Retailer
- If you've confirmed that the magazines with the missing labels are on the arrived invoices in Retailer, you can use the Reprint Labels utility in Invoice Arrivals using the Utilities button to queue the labels over to Barcode Manager.

- If you've used the Reprint Labels utility and it still hasn't queued up the labels for the magazine, the next thing to check if the Print Barcode on Arrival tickbox setting of the magazine itself. This is what controls whether a label is queued up for stock when it is arrived.

Magazines are not on the invoice in Retailer
- If you find an EDI invoice from Retailer that hasn't fully arrived all the magazines on the invoice, you can delete the invoice entirely from Retailer using the 'Delete Invoice' button at the bottom of the Invoice Arrivals window.
Once this is done, you can use the XchangeIT program to resend the deleted invoice and arrive it again. If you do not know how to do this then you can contact XchangeIT on 1300 551 212.
If the invoice resent from XchangeIT includes multiple different EDI invoices, only import the one you deleted and ignore the rest.
If you're having trouble printing the magazine labels instead then please refer to our troubleshooting advice sheet based on what printer you're using.
