Error Code: 409 Exception
You are seeing this error because you have not yet installed the update that lets Retailer communicate with our new licensing servers.
We have been contacting customers about this update since the start of the year. The old licensing servers were switched off on Monday 3 August.

If you are currently unsupported
You cannot install 2606.2 while your support is lapsed, so you will need a current subscription first.
Step 1: Choose a plan
What Plan do I need?
You need Advanced if either of the following applies to you. One is enough, you do not need both.
You are a newsagent and you use Retailer to print recall labels, or to manage putaways, home delivery or subagents.
or
You do repairs, or you track serial numbers.
Advanced is the lowest plan that includes these features. Startup and Standard do not have them. If neither applies, compare Startup and Standard on the pricing page.
Step 2: Email us which plan you want
Email
accounts@towersystems.com.au and tell us the plan you have chosen. We will create the plan and send you a link to add your payment method.
Please email rather than call. Our phone queue is long and we get through emails faster.
Step 3: Install the update
Once your plan is set up, install Retailer 2606.2 using the video or step by step instructions above.
