Emailing Data Sheets to customers with invoices

With Retailer, you can send Data Sheets with the email receipt to customers.

e.g. Dangerous Goods, How to care for Plants/Products.

You must using Retailer 3.0.7.4 or later. Click HERE to update Retailer

1. From the Stock Screen – Find the item you wish to attach a Data Sheet.
2. Click on the Extra Details tab on the top.
3. In the bottom section, where it says DataSheets, click on Add.
4. Search and find what file/s you would like to send for this item.
5. Once selected, press Open/save to bring it into Retailer.
6. Repeat for each item you would like to have Data Sheets for.
   

The data sheets will be automatically sent along with the receipt when the receipt is emailed.
