Retailer allows you to create different store names with separate details that you can assign to specific customers. This means certain customers will receive receipts and statements with different business details, including store name, address, contact details, and banking details.

Store Names are a different concept from Store Locations, which are used by customers in a multi-store setup. For more information on Store Locations for multi-store setups, click HERE.


Setting Up a New Store Name

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup → Store Names.
  2. Click on Add.
  3. Enter the store details as required.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Restart Retailer.

Editing an Existing Store Name

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup → Store Names.
  2. Use the arrow buttons ⭠ ⭢ to find the specific store name.
  3. Edit the store details as required.
  4. Click Save.

Assign Customer to the Store

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Customers → Customer Screen.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass 🔎︎ button at the bottom of the customer screen and select the particular customer.
  3. Click on the Postal tab at the bottom-left of the screen.
  4. In Store Name, select the particular store name from the drop-down box.
  5. Click Save.
