Retailer allows you to create a different store name with different details that you can then set for specific customers. This means that you can have particular customers that get statements with a different business address or banking details.

Setting Up A New Store Name

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup -> Store Names.
  2. Click on Add.
  3. Type in the store details, as required.
  4. Click Save

Editing an Existing Store Name

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup -> Store Names.
  2. Use the blue arrow buttons to navigate to the particular store name.
  3. Type in the store details, as required.
  4. Click Save.

Assign Customer to the Store

  1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on the Customer icon.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass at the bottom of the customer screen and select the particular customer.
  3. Click on the Postal tab on the bottom-left side of the screen.
  4. In Store Name, select the particular store name from the drop-down box.
  5. Click Save.
