Retailer allows you to create different store names with separate details, which you can assign to specific customers. This means certain customers will receive statements with a different business address or banking details.

Store Names are a different concept from Store Locations, which are used by customers in a multi-store setup. For more information on Store Locations for multi-store setups, click HERE.
Setting Up A New Store Name
- On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup → Store Names.
- Click on Add.
- Type in the store details, as required.
- Click Save.
Editing an Existing Store Name
- On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup → Store Names.
- Use the blue arrow buttons to navigate to the particular store name.
- Type in the store details, as required.
- Click Save.
Assign Customer to the Store
- From the main screen of Retailer, click on the Customers icon.
- Click on the magnifying glass 🔎︎ at the bottom of the customer screen and select the particular customer.
- Click on the Postal tab on the bottom-left side of the screen.
- In Store Name, select the particular store name from the drop-down box.
- Click Save.
