Retailer allows you to create different store names with separate details, which you can assign to specific customers. This means certain customers will receive statements with a different business address or banking details.

Store Names are a different concept from Store Locations, which are used by customers in a multi-store setup. For more information on Store Locations for multi-store setups, click HERE.


Setting Up A New Store Name

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup → Store Names.
  2. Click on Add.
  3. Type in the store details, as required.
  4. Click Save.

Editing an Existing Store Name

  1. On the top menu bar of Retailer, click on Setup → Store Names.
  2. Use the blue arrow buttons to navigate to the particular store name.
  3. Type in the store details, as required.
  4. Click Save.

Assign Customer to the Store

  1. From the main screen of Retailer, click on the Customers icon.
  2. Click on the magnifying glass 🔎︎ at the bottom of the customer screen and select the particular customer.
  3. Click on the Postal tab on the bottom-left side of the screen.
  4. In Store Name, select the particular store name from the drop-down box.
  5. Click Save.
