Below are some common errors you may see while using the AI Integrations in Retailer.
This applies to each of the AI features:
429: Too Many Requests
This error means you have exceeded the usage limit of your AI Provider or AI Model.
Each AI Provider has usage limits set that vary by AI Model. These limits can be hourly or daily limits.
Generally, the newer and experimental models have smaller usage limits.
You should check the AI Model you have selected:
- From the Main Screen of Retailer, click Setup -> AI.
- Click the tab of the AI Feature you are using.
- In the Model drop-down menu, select the appropriate AI Model. Check the article for the AI Feature you are using above for a recommendation of AI Model to use.
- Depending on how the AI Provider enforces their usage limit, you may need to wait before you are able to make another AI request.
