If your reports aren't printing, or are printing to the wrong printer, the first thing to try is to close out of Retailer, opening back up and trying again. A good idea for any printer issue.

If it's still not printing or printing to the wrong printer, check the End of Shift settings under End of Shift → Setup.


For A4 printing
For receipt printing
For A4 printing
  1. Open End of Shift, click on Setup.
  2. On the left, tick Send reports automatically to the printer.
  3. Untick Use receipt printer as printer.
  4. The End of Shift will print to the default printer set by Windows. Make sure this is set to the correct printer:
    1. Open Control Panel in Windows (Type 'control' into the start bar, then click the control panel option).
    2. Open Devices & Printers.
    3. Right-click the correct printer and choose set as default printer.
    4. Close & re-open Retailer to apply this change.

For receipt printing
  1. Open End of Shift, click on Setup.
  2. Make sure use receipt printer as Printer is ticked.
  3. Do NOT set the receipt printer as default printer in Windows.

 
Notes
 Make sure to try printing something else outside of Retailer, a document or email. If that doesn't work, there may be issues with the printer. Restart the computer, and try again.
