The first thing to try is to close out of Retailer, opening back up and trying again. A good idea for any printer issue.
If it's still not printing, check the End of Shift settings.
- Open End of Shift, click on Setup.
- On the left, tick Send reports automatically to the printer and untick Use receipt printer as printer.
The end of shift will print to the default printer set by windows. Make sure this is set to the correct printer:
- Open Control Panel in Windows (Type 'control' into the start bar, then click control panel).
- Open Devices & Printers.
- Right click the correct printer and choose set as default printer.
- Close & re-open Retailer to apply this change.
Make sure to try printing something else outside of Retailer, a document or email. If that doesn't work, there may be issues with the printer. Restart the computer, and try again.
