When Is A Magazine Expected To Arrive?

Retailer gives you the ability to find our when the next issue of a magazine is due to arrive. This can be handy to answer a customer question, or to help manage your magazines so the latest magazines are always displayed.

1. From any part of Retailer, hold down [Alt]+[T] on the keyboard.
2. Either scan the barcode or enter in the PLU for the magazine that you are searching for. If you don’t know either, press [Enter] and search for the magazine.
3. Click OK.
4. The stock enquiry screen will now appear with details about your selected magazine.
5. In the middle of the screen, there is an option that will display the expected arrival date of the next issue.

If the magazine hasn’t been arrived for a while, instead of saying Next Expected to Arrive On the message may say Was Expected to Arrive On. This means that the latest issue of the magazine is running late or has not been yet been arrived.
