Weblink - TWC and Roam orders older than 48hrs
If you receive an email from us about your TWC or Roam orders being older than 48 hours, this means your website sales are not importing into Retailer. The first step is to use the Windows Restart option on the server computer.
Restarting the Computer:
- Close all open windows to ensure you are on the desktop.
- Press Alt + F4 at the same time.
- Select Restart from the dropdown menu.
- Click OK to confirm and begin the restart process.
- Alternatively, you can manually restart the Weblink service with 'Run random on startup' ticked through the Retailer Backup program.
Restart the Weblink Service:
If sales still aren't importing, restart the Weblink Service on your main computer.
- Open the RetailerV3 Backup uttility (The Blue R).
- Click Settings → Database Settings.
- Confirm 'This is the Server' is ticked.
- Tick 'Run Random on Startup'.
- Click 'Install WebLink Service'.
- Wait for the confirmation that the service has started. If the service fails to start, wait 20 seconds and try again.
- Untick 'Run Random on Startup'.
- Close Retailer Backup.
